Four ways to work together

Build what you need.
Choose the support that fits.

A one-time project and ongoing support are different commitments. Here’s how GuildKey separates them, so you can discuss the right work without signing up for everything.

01 · Build

One-time project fee. A website, sales funnel, training course or video project with an agreed scope. Start with a defined deliverable rather than an open-ended commitment.

We discuss the required pages or assets, copy, integrations, review steps and handoff before quoting. The written proposal sets the price, timing, payment schedule and what is included.

02 · Website care

Recurring maintenance and updates. For businesses that want help keeping their website or related content current. Plans are scoped around up to five hours of total work per month.

Use the conversation to identify your likely updates and priorities. Confirm the monthly fee, how time is counted, rollover rules, response expectations and how extra work is approved in the agreement. New builds or substantial additions require their own scope.

03 · Automation

A separately scoped automation project. Connect the steps that currently require repetitive work: inquiry routing, follow-up preparation, information handoffs or internal workflows. AI can be included when it is useful, not simply because it is available.

Start with the workflow, the systems involved and the exceptions a person must handle. We discuss permissions, data, human review and third-party costs before agreeing on an implementation. We don’t promise unattended decisions or compatibility before reviewing the tools.

04 · Automation care

A separate recurring support subscription. For maintaining and updating the automation built for your business as your tools and processes change.

Support coverage, included time, response expectations and subscription price are defined separately. The website-care allowance does not automatically apply to automation care. New workflows and significant redesigns are discussed before work starts.

What will it cost?

Pricing is scoped and quoted for your business after a discovery call. A useful proposal separates the project fee, optional recurring care, third-party subscriptions and out-of-scope work. There are no published fixed prices here because the scope needs to come first.

Before a call, we review your brief. When there’s a potential fit, a short personal video helps make the conversation more useful—not another meeting that starts from scratch.

Do I need all four?

No. These are distinct ways to work together, not four mandatory purchases. Tell us which outcome matters now, and we can discuss the relevant project and support options.

What should I decide before committing?

  • The deliverables and what is not included.
  • Who supplies content, approvals and account access.
  • The payment schedule and recurring charges, if any.
  • Review limits, support coverage and ownership terms.
  • How changes, extra hours and cancellation are handled.
