A little context before another meeting.
- We review your brief and your current website, if you have one.
- When there’s a potential fit, we start with a short personal video: a few useful observations and the questions worth exploring.
- Then we use a discovery call to clarify the scope, pricing and timing. You review the proposal before deciding to proceed.
You do not need to know the right technology or have a finished brief. And if you need a firm deadline, include it so it can be discussed up front.
Before you hire anyone
Ask who owns the finished assets, which subscriptions you’ll need, how revisions work, and what support is included after launch. Those answers belong in the project agreement, not in assumptions.
